Jessica Alves New Photos after implant surgery

In a new photoshoot done a day before she had butt implant surgery on Thursday, Jessica Alves put on a very busty display in jaw-dropping clothes.

The 38-year-old trans TV actress uploaded a series of fairytale-like photos of herself standing on a rooftop in two colourful outfits with her 4.7 million Instagram followers.
She looked stunning in a number of dramatic photos, matching her nail and lip colours to the daring outfit.
She later changed her appearance and wore a lengthy, eye-catching train in an ornate short strapless purple dress.
Jessica wore her newly brunette locks straight and paired them with a pair of purple pumps to complete the outfit.

The actress posted a number of behind-the-scenes clips from the stunning photo shoot, which had birds flying all around her. 'Life is either a bold adventure or nothing at all,' she wrote in the caption. Jessica has recently informed MailOnline exclusively that she is recovering well from her bum implants, but that she is in a lot of agony after the implant was implanted beneath the muscle. She had 700ccs of solid silicone injected into her new body during the procedure, and she has now had almost £700k worth of cosmetic surgery.
